Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of Social-Media-presence for our clients
• Development and implementation of creative strategies and campaigns
• Conceptualization and creation of content in word, image, and video
• Pilotage and implementation of performance-marketing-campaigns
• Community management and building sustainable interactions
• Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of Social-Media-activities based on relevant KPIs
• Market and competitor analysis to identify new trends and best practices early on
• Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and agencies

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Mult-year experience in the field of Social Media Marketing or Content-Marketing, ideally in an agency
• Fundamental knowledge in content production (image, video, text) as well as a sense for viral content
• Safe handling with Social-Media-platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Experience with performance-marketing, paid ads and Social Media Analytics
• Creative and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
