Tasks

• Conceptualization, editing, and steering of social and content formats for our customers
• Living Content: contents that lastingly work rather than just shining briefly
• Community management and close cooperation with influencers, motion, and image
• Editorial planning, theme finding, and performance evaluation
• Recognizing and utilizing platform trends

Qualification

• Experience in social media and content management, ideally on agency or brand side
• A secure sense of tone, storytelling, and platform mechanics (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Editorial strength – you bring things to the point
• Data-driven thinking: you read performance and lead measures accordingly
• Nice to have: experience with generative AI for content production
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of image/video editing
