For this, we are looking for you as a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) on a Minijob basis.

Responsibilities

You will make our brewery an experience on social media and capture the happenings on-site with Reels, Stories, photos, and short video sequences.

This primarily involves:

• covering regional food topics, dishes, drinks, and promotions
• authentic content from our lively brewery everyday life
• regular productions for Instagram and more
• your own ideas and a good sense for current social media trends
• the opportunity to be in front of the camera yourself and, in the long term, to become a permanent face of the Bayreuther Brauhaus
• building and engaging your Frankfurt network, for example, through groups, creators, or communities who are eager for joint shoots

YOUR CREATIVE SIGNATURE IS SOUGHT

We will provide you with a clear framework and an understanding of our brand. At the same time, we want to give you the freedom for your own touch.

It is important to us that you understand our Bavarian identity and our brand presence and develop them with sensitivity. You should not simply produce content according to instructions, but contribute your personality and your ideas.

And you will not be on your own when it comes to editing or if you have questions. Our content and social media experts will support you at any time and assist you with the implementation.

Qualifications

• Enjoyment of social media and a good sense for content
• Ideally, you live in Frankfurt or the surrounding area and can flexibly and quickly reach our brewery at the Hauptwache to capture spontaneous content moments and on-site events.
• Joy in filming, photographing, and storytelling
• Eagerness to be in front of the camera yourself
• Creativity, initiative, and a good sense for people
• Ideally, a network in Frankfurt
• Interest in gastronomy, food, and Bavarian hospitality

You don't have to be an absolute social media professional. Personality, ideas, and the desire to build something together are more important... ;)
