Finanzwissen GmbH is a well-established media company in the financial sector that has set itself the goal of strengthening and promoting financial education among people aged 18 to 40. We are a diverse team with much experience in the financial sector and invest ourselves in various financial areas.

We convey knowledge on wealth building, compare the best providers, and test financial products on our website and social media channels. We focus mainly on stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

We are looking for an engaged and creative person as a Social Media Manager (m/w) who will significantly advance our presence on the most important platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).

You will receive much responsibility and be responsible for the complete conception and implementation of our social media content with the goal of increasing our community and strengthening financial education.

Aufgaben

• Content Strategy and Production: Complete conception, planning, creation (including video and image editing) and publication of target-group-relevant contents for all channels.
• TikTok & LinkedIn: Leading role in developing creative, high-impact formats and active community management on these platforms.
• Instagram & YouTube: Support in content planning and implementation to solidify and expand our presence.
• Community Building: Building, managing, and moderating an exclusive messenger channel (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp) for news, deals, and financial information.
• Performance Analysis: Regular monitoring and reporting of key figures to continuously optimize the strategy and contents.As the face of Finanzwissen: Ideally, you are willing to present yourself as the face of Finanzwissen on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn and convey the contents personally.

Qualifikation

• Experience in Social Media Management: Proven experience in managing and expanding social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Financial Knowledge: Fundamentally sound knowledge and proven interest in financial topics such as stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and private wealth building.
• Creativity and Implementation: Outstanding ability to develop original content ideas and implement them independently with high quality.
• Portfolio: You can present us with a comprehensive portfolio or references (e.g. current Instagram or TikTok accounts).
• Communication Strength: Fluent communication skills in German (spoken and written) and joy in direct exchange with the community.Working Style: High self-motivation, responsible, goal-oriented, and result-oriented working style.
