As Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading and developing the social media presence of Gymondo on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role, you will be both strategic and operational in managing our channels – from the first content idea to publication and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication around our workouts, programs, product releases, and brand values.

Deine Mission

Social Media Strategy & Planning* Define and execute the social media strategy for Gymondo on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts).

• Create and maintain editorial plans that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Establish a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channels.

Content Creation & Management* Create and oversee high-performing video content with high reach and engagement potential.

• Develop platform-specific social media formats.
• Coordinate post-production, write engaging captions, and plan content distribution.

End-to-End Project Management* Manage social media projects comprehensively from concept to publication.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Content, Product, Marketing, Influencer Teams) on campaigns, product launches, and feature releases.

Events & Productions* Coordinate and accompany social media reporting for events, fitness productions, and special projects.

• Support content creation directly on-site when necessary.

Community Management* Manage and interact actively with the Gymondo community on all channels.

• Moderate comments and messages promptly and empathetically.
• Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and motivating community.

Trends & Innovation* Continuously monitor social media trends and platform updates.

• Identify proactive new content opportunities and formats.
• Adapt relevant trends quickly and authentically for the Gymondo brand.

Performance & Optimization* Track and analyze content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).

• Professional Experience: You have extensive experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable role.
• Languages: You possess excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Platform Expertise: You have deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts).
• Content Sense: You have an understanding of video-first content and social storytelling.
• Organizational Talent: Excellent organizational and project management skills are characteristic of you.
• Mindset: You work proactively, creatively, and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
• Passion: You have a strong interest in fitness, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with paid social or promoting organic content (Boosted Content).
• Experience in social media support for live events.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and common project management tools.
