We, at Kuku TV (India’s leading micro-drama platform), are looking for a dynamic and driven Social Media Manager to grow Kuku TV’s social media impact. In this role, you will shape and execute social media strategy, drive organic customer acquisition, and deliver high-impact campaigns that help scale our stories and deepen audience connection. Key Responsibilities Shape and execute social media strategy to align with business goals. Oversee all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), etc.). Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging content. Create and curate high-quality, shareable content (e.g., videos, images, text) that resonates with our target audience. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community. Analyze social media performance data and provide regular reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, content) to ensure brand consistency and achieve campaign objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably within the entertainment or media industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative and passionate about content creation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
