The Ipanema UG is a strongly growing creator and social media management company in the lifestyle, beauty, and entertainment field. We manage talents, develop campaigns with strong brands, and are currently expanding our structures. For this purpose, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and well-organized person who manages social media not only, but also understands, thinks ahead, and translates into strong content and campaign ideas.

Qualification

• Professional experience in social media management, creator management, or a comparable creative environment
• A very good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, trends, and digital
• Campaign experience in dealing with talents, creators, or public figures
• Creative thinking and a good sense for content, storytelling, and aesthetics
• Proactive work style, self-initiative, and the ability to develop ideas independently
• Organizational talent, reliability, and a clear view of timings and details. Ability to think about campaigns not only operationally, but also conceptually
