Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies. Lead content creation, including campaigns and promotional materials. Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies as needed. Manage social media budgets and paid advertising campaigns. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify market trends. Train and mentor junior team members and interns. Create regular reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure all social media content is aligned with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
