Job DescriptionPosition: Social Media Manager Company: Dignifyd No. of Positions: 2 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Location: Noida Role Summary Dignifyd is seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple client brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content strategies across various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities Include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive social media plans that align with client goals and objectives • Creating engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) for multiple social media platforms • Managing and scheduling posts using social media management tools • Monitoring and reporting on social media performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes • Providing regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of work • Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) • Excellent content creation and editing skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) Benefits: • Competitive salary range of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month • Opportunity to work on multiple client brands and projects • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Professional development opportunities • Flexible working hours and remote work options
