SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are growing strongly – organically, community-driven, and with a clear vision: Deputy Department to become an international brand with scalable, data-driven E-Commerce setup in the next few years.

To achieve this, we are looking for someone who can take our Social-Media-Auftritte to the next level, thinks and understands content with attitude, and knows how to make a brand and culture come alive digitally.

Aufgaben

• Koordination and strategic planning of our Social-Media-Auftritte on Instagram and TikTok (Pinterest from an advantage).
• Development and implementation of Content- und Posting-Plänen in line with Drops, Kampagnen, and Brand-Aktivierungen.
• Close cooperation with our Content-Creation- und Creative-Team – from Moodboards to the final implementation.
• Creation of Drop-Overviews, Visuals, and accompanying Grafiken for Storys, Posts, and Launches.
• Monitoring of Trends, Performance-Analyses, and derivation of Learnings for future strategies.
• Support in community communication (Comments, DMs, Reposts).
• Bau and maintenance of a consistent Deputy Brand Voice across all channels.

Qualifikation

• Experience in Social-Media-Management, ideally in the field of Fashion, Lifestyle or Streetwear.
• Education or study in the field of Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder Design from an advantage.
• Safe handling of Instagram, TikTok (Pinterest from an advantage).
• Sense for Ästhetik, Timing, Sprache und Kultur.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or Figma is from an advantage.
• Independent and structured work style, combined with team spirit and hands-on mentality.
• Understanding of Content-Production, Reels, Storytelling, and Community-Dynamiken.
