Social Media Manager & Creator

About Hearr Media UG

hearr makes erotica for listening. On hearr.me, AI-generated personalized erotic audio stories are created, tailored to the fantasies of each individual person. We are a small founding team and are looking for a person who will manage our social media channels and regularly appear in front of the camera themselves.

Your Responsibilities

• You regularly speak into the camera, explain how hearr works, and address questions about fantasy and sexuality.

• You develop and produce content for Instagram and TikTok, e.g., talking heads, Q&As, and short reels.

• You manage the profiles, plan and publish content, and respond to comments and messages.

• You coordinate closely with our team and contribute your own ideas for formats.

What You Bring

• You feel comfortable in front of the camera and appear natural and approachable.

• You speak openly, relaxedly, and with humor about sexuality, without being crude.

• You have experience with social media and content creation and can shoot and edit videos yourself.

• You have excellent German language skills.

• You have no problem being publicly associated with a brand for erotic content.

Even if you don't meet all points 100 percent, we still look forward to your application.

Compensation

For this freelance position, spanning 4 months and requiring 8 hours per week, we offer a compensation of EUR 25–30 per hour.

Your First Months at Hearr Media UG

In the first few weeks, you will get to know hearr and our community, take over the channels, and implement your first own formats. Together, we will see which content works and build upon that. If things go well for both sides, we will gladly extend the collaboration.
