Aufgaben

Content & Storytelling

• Development and implementation of creative content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Creation of editorial plans, campaigns, and storylines
• Development of new formats for corporate communication, employer branding, and recruiting

Video & Produktion

• Planning, execution, and accompaniment of shoots in the studio as well as at customer locations
• Production of short videos, interviews, reports, and social media formats
• Editing and post-processing of video content
• Support for developing innovative video formats for the ULTRAVIEW platform

Community & Performance

• BUILDING and maintaining our social media community
• Monitoring relevant trends and developments
• Analyzing KPIs and deriving optimization measures
• Reporting and performance evaluation

Markenentwicklung

• Active shaping of the ULTRAVIEW brand
• Support for building new industry and theme worlds
• Development of creative concepts for customer projects and self-marketing

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in marketing, communication, media, journalism, or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, several years of practical experience in social media, content creation, or video production
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Experience with social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent language skills and textual security
• Creativity and passion for storytelling
• Sensitivity to trends, visual language, and digital communication
• Eigenverantwortliche and structured working style
• High quality awareness
• Pleasure in working before and behind the camera
• Team spirit, openness, and hands-on mentality
