We are looking for an experienced social media manager/content creator to join our team at Cookie Bros. in Cologne!

We are a brand that has revolutionized the snacking industry with SD Sugar Daddies GmbH, and we're now looking for someone who can help us take it to the next level.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for photo and video production (before and behind the camera) including concept, shoot, edit, voice-overs, captions, and strong storytelling.
• Conceptualization and further development of innovative ideas, trends, and content formats that strengthen the Cookie Bros. brand and emotionally load our products.
• Planning, implementation, and regular posting of social media campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.
• Preliminary preparation, organization, and independent execution of shootings and product content.
• Analysis of trends, community interactions, and vibes, as well as their implementation in creative, target-group-oriented content.
• Active participation in cross-brand brainstormings for campaigns and other projects.
• Contribution to the creative further development of the Cookie Bros. brand vision as part of the marketing team.

Qualifikation

• Talent for social media, including a sense for current and upcoming trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Passion for content creation with a secure feeling for storytelling, sound moments, and viral hooks.
• High camera presence - self-assured, creative, and entertaining appearance, as well as the ability to captivate the community until the last second, convincingly stage food content, and create FOMO.
• Fundamental knowledge in video and photo production: editing, production, and processing (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom) are part of the skillset, as well as your willingness to quickly get familiar with new tools.
• Outstanding creativity with ideas that fit the Cookie Bros. tone and corporate identity, attention-grabbing, and fun.
• Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented working style, as well as willingness to take responsibility for own projects from concept to implementation.
• Educational background or studies in communication, marketing, or media are of advantage - but passion, talent, and motivation are what really count.
• Possession of a foodie mentality, with the ability to visually present taste also.
