Social Media Manager / Content Creator (m/w/d)

You will take over the strategic and operational responsibility for 2-4 of our mandates - mostly coaches, personal brands, and small D2C-brands. You will work closely with the management team and our freelance editors together, plan editorial calendars, cut reels, and report monthly results.

Tasks

• Editorial planning and content briefings for several client channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Independent production and cutting of reels in CapCut or Premiere; writing hooks and captions.
• Weekly coordination with clients via Loom or phone, preparing monthly PDF reports.
• Monitoring trends and platform updates and integrating them into the editorial plan.
• Onboarding and professional briefing of freelance editors and community managers.

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in social media - agency, in-house, or as a creator.
• Solid language skills in German (C2/native speaker) and good English.
• Familiarity with CapCut or Premiere; basic knowledge of Figma for simple mockups.
• Structured work style: you work with Notion, Trello, or ClickUp and keep deadlines.
• Pleasure in building small brands hands-on - without high-gloss slides and without bullsh*t bingo.
