Our products are used in over 100 countries - from training equipment to streetwear. We work closely with athletes, think functionally and focus on high standards. Social media is one of our most important growth drivers. This is exactly where you come in.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who strategically develops our channels, recognizes trends early, and produces content that really reaches our community. Your goal: more reach, more engagement, and a strong presence in the Calisthenics scene.

Work model: Full-time on-site in Münster, because creative exchange, content production and quick coordination in the team work simply better live.

Tasks

• Develop content ideas & formats: You research trends in the Calisthenics and fitness scene and develop new content formats that generate reach and engagement.
• Content creation & editing: You create and edit high-quality photo & video content with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva & CapCut that positively represents GORNATION and our athletes & products.
• Manage social media channels: You regularly plan and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. You write appealing captions with correct spelling.
• Coordinate creators & athletes: You work closely with our athletes and creators, organize collaboration posts and give feedback on their content.
• Analyze & optimize performance: You analyze reach, engagement, and click numbers and derive new content ideas from them.
• Community Management: You respond to comments and messages and keep the exchange with our community active.
• Filming & Photography: Plan and independently produce content - behind the scenes at events & shootings - with a sense of aesthetics, storytelling and the brand.

Qualification

• Passion for Calisthenics & Fitness: You understand our target group, know athletes from the scene, and know what content works there.
• Experience with social media management: You have already managed or built up social media accounts and know the logic of platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Video editing skills: You can cut Short Form Content and work safely with tools like CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva.
• Creativity & analytical skills: You develop new ideas, test formats and use performance data to further improve content.
• Self-organization & Ownership: You work in a structured manner, independently drive projects forward and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Communication skills: You work closely with athletes, creators and our marketing team and can clearly communicate ideas.
• Reliability & Consistency: Social media runs every day - even on weekends. You plan content in advance and ensure regular publications.
• Experience with photo & video shooting: You have an eye for aesthetics and are confident in using the smartphone camera. Whether photoshoots or event video shoots - you know how to visually capture emotions.
• Strong in writing: You write correctly in German and English. Your captions, hooks, and headlines sound like you - not like ChatGPT. You hit tone & timing.
• Process thinking & Automation: You use tools (e.g. ChatGPT, CapCut automations or scheduling tools) to work efficiently - and constantly optimize your own workflows.
