Your tasks

• Development of creative content ideas for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Planning and implementation of modern reels & social formats
• Independent development of new formats & concepts
• Creation of aesthetic photo- & video-content
• BUILDING a strong visual brand around Blue World Studio
• Collaboration with founders & team on creative ideas
• Recognizing trends and adapting them in a high-quality manner
• Monitoring performance and testing new approaches
• Developing content for founder/personal brands
• Producing behind-the-scenes, event- & culture-content
