We are an "owned" company founded by three friends and now represented at 10 locations across Germany.

1. Social Media Strategy

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Brand Strategy
• Entwicklung eines klaren Content-Systems: Content Pillars, Formate, Tonalität, Content-Architektur.
• Trend-Scouting & Übertragung in unsere Markenwelt
• Monatliche Social-Roadmap für Learnings

1. Content Ideation & Konzept

• Entwicklung von Content-Ideen (Reels, TikTok, Carousel, Stories)
• Skripting & Hook-Konzepte (Storytelling + Conversion)
• Kreativkonzepte für Kampagnen (Business / Hochzeit / Casual)

1. Produktion (Video, Foto, Schnitt)

• Drehen & Produzieren von Content (on location bei uns)
• Schnitt & Edit (Reels-first, schnelle Cuts, Untertitel, B-Roll)
• Bildbearbeitung & Design (Canva/Adobe – je nach Skillset)

1. Social Media Management

• Scheduling & Publishing (Meta, ggf. TikTok)
• Story-Management & Community Support (light)
• Performance-Tracking (was funktioniert, was nicht – und warum)

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest

Must-haves

• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und proaktiv (keine permanente Kontrolle nötig)
• Du bist lernbereit
• Du kannst Video schneiden – nicht nur „zusammenklicken“

(Rhythmus, Hook, Timing, Text-Overlay, Musik, Attention Curve)

• Du hast ein Auge für Design & Ästhetik
• Du kannst mit unserem Marketingmanager vor der Kamera arbeiten (Guidance, Cuts, Inszenierung)
• Du denkst in Formaten & Serien, nicht in Einzelposts

Nice-to-haves

• Erfahrung mit Hochzeits-/Fashion-/Luxury-/Retail-Content
• TikTok-Verständnis (Trends + Erzählform)
• Erfahrung mit kleinen Shootings (Licht, Ton, Setup)

Pro Woche ungefähr:

• 3 Reels / Shortform Videos
• 2 Carousels oder Bildposts
• Stories + Behind-the-Scenes
• 15 Minuten täglich Community Pflege
• Monatlich: ein Kampagnen-/Format-Upgrade

Damit nicht nur die Quantität wächst, sondern auch die Qualität, definierst du monatlich ein Upgrade für unseren Account – z. B.:

• neues wiederkehrendes Reel-Format einführen
• Hook-Library entwickeln
• Mini-Serien aufbauen
