Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for our media operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content planning, audience engagement, brand building, digital campaigns, and analytics across multiple social media platforms. The candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement through innovative digital storytelling and trend-driven content strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives. • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and creative services to ensure alignment and consistency across all social media channels. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform changes in social media to continuously improve our social media presence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
