Social Media Manager (100 % Remote, m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Social Media Management: You plan, create and publish content for our social media channels – primarily Instagram, with YouTube being considered in the future.

Video- & Bildbearbeitung: You edit and process existing video material from shoots, recycle and repurpose older content to fresh formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts).

Static-Erstellung für Paid Ads: You design advertising materials (Statics, Carousel-Ads) for our Meta campaigns – using Canva, Figma, Photoshop or AI tools.

UGC-Koordination: You brief external creators for UGC assignments, coordinate production and ensure that the content fits our brand.

Brand-Ästhetik: You pay attention to ensuring that everything that goes outwards looks professional, sympathetic and on-brand – from feed posts to ad creatives.

Ideen & Trends: You bring in your own content ideas, monitor social media trends and think about how we can adapt them for our target audience.

Qualifikation

Kreatives Auge: You have a good eye for design, aesthetics and visual quality – things look good to you.

Cutting & Editing Skills: You can edit videos (e.g. with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc.) and are fit in image editing.

Social-Media-Verständnis: You know what works on Instagram, are familiar with current formats and understand how to build a community.

AI-Affinität: You use AI tools (e.g. for image generation, text drafts or creative workflows) naturally in your daily life.

Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten: You organize yourself independently in the home office, keep deadlines and don't need micro-management.

Sprachgefühl: You write good captions and texts on German. Authentic and appealing.

Bonus: Experience with Meta Ad concepts, experience in UGC briefing, or you have already set up a social media channel yourself (not required).
