Social Media Management Werkstudent (m/w/d)

Fifteen Love unites Tennis, Music, Sport, and Community under one roof. With events like the FL Championship, Red Tree Nights, and Padel Parranda, we're building one of the most exciting lifestyle brands in the German-speaking region.

We're looking for a work student (m/w/d) who takes responsibility, thinks creatively, and has fun being part of it.

Tasks

• You produce regular content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – from idea to finished reel
• You stand in front of the camera and bring our brand authentically to life
• You edit videos and develop a feel for what performs well on the respective channels
• You bring in your own format ideas and implement them independently, with feedback from the team
• You're on site at our events (FL Championship, Red Tree, Padel Parranda) and take over the live content production: filming, stories, behind-the-scenes
• You maintain the editorial calendar and actively think about weekly planning
• You observe trends on TikTok and Instagram and suggest what we can adapt

Qualification

• You're comfortable in front of the camera
• You know CapCut or other tools and have already cut reels or videos with them
• You're active on Instagram and TikTok and know what works there
• You have initiative and enjoy bringing in your own ideas – not just waiting for what's said
• You have a sense of aesthetics, timing, and storytelling in short formats
• You're interested in sports, events, and urban lifestyle
