About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, save a post, share a reel, or follow a brand. At Leap, you'll own our social media presence across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, helping us build one of the most engaging study abroad communities in the country. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with execution, has a strong understanding of internet culture, and can adapt to changing trends and algorithms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content that drives user engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future content.
