We set societal topics on the agenda, create public awareness and work closely with political and economic decision-makers together.

Aufgaben

The Position

You are responsible for our FRAUEN100 channels comprehensively – from strategic development to daily operational implementation. You steer content, coordinate internal and external editors, and ensure that our channels are played consistently, relevantly, and growth-oriented.

We are looking for someone who can implement themselves, prioritize, and take responsibility for output and quality.

The central aspect of this position is a keen sense of current events. You follow political, social, and especially feminist discourses continuously, can quickly categorize relevant developments, and translate them into precise, pointed content.

Aufgabenfelder

Strategie & Aufbau

• Further development of cross-channel strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
• Drawing clear content formats, series, and editorial lines
• Defining growth targets and KPI structures

Operative Umsetzung (Core of the Role)

• Self-planned creation and publication of content (Feed, Stories, Reels, etc.)
• Editorial preparation of various contents (e.g. articles, events, statements) for Social
• Fast, occasion-based content production (reactive and proactive)

Content-Steuerung & Koordination

• Steering and briefing external editors and guest authors
• Tight collaboration with the internal team (Content, Events, Communication)
• Ensuring a consistent tone and quality level

Distribution & Performance

• Scheduled distribution and reuse of content
• Analysis of performance data and derivation of concrete optimizations
• Ongoing development of content mechanisms along platform logics

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Multiple years of experience in Social Media Management
• Personal interest in political and feminist world events
• Excellent sense for content, storytelling, and platform-specific mechanisms
• High implementation speed and pronounced hands-on mentality
• Structured, self-responsible work style with clear quality standards
