The person leads a small team of direct reports (Community Managers and creators) and is responsible for the quality of the content of the brands under their responsibility. Participates in the definition of content strategy together with the team, and uses data reading to guide their decisions. Selection prioritizes creative and production expertise; strategic contribution adds value.

Responsibilities

Content Creativity and Production (core)

• Generates, creates, and directs content for social media (photo, video, copy, and native formats per platform).
• Defines and protects the visual and editorial quality standard of each delivery.
• Provides clear direction in productions: what is required, for what purpose, and under what visual criteria.
• Curates and edits the team's work with judgment, beyond mere approval.

Content Strategy (together with the team)

• Contributes to defining content lines, calendars, and always-on approaches versus one-off productions.
• Anticipates platform trends and integrates them into brand conversations.

Team Management

• Coordinates and develops their direct reports: assigns, provides feedback, and elevates their level.
• Distributes workload, manages timelines, and is responsible for the team's deliverables.
• Acts as the point of contact with the client regarding content matters.
