As a Creative Concepter:in, you are the central impulse giver in our agency. You develop ideas, campaigns, content formats, and creative guidelines for our clients and work closely with management, project management, and creation together. You take responsibility – for ideas, direction, and quality.

Tasks

• Development of Social Media strategies, campaigns, and content concepts for demanding brands
• Conceptualization and leadership of workshops, pitches, and customer presentations
• Translation of client briefings into clear strategic and creative solutions
• Development of campaign mechanisms, claims, and platform-specific content formats
• Conceptual ownership for creator and influencer campaigns
• Closely working with project leads, editorial team, creation, and management

Qualification

• Mult-year conceptual experience in the Social Media field (agency or brand)
• Very good sense for brands, target groups, platform mechanisms, and current trends
• Demonstrable experience in creator & influencer marketing
• Sovereign presentation of your ideas – internally and to customers
• High advisory competence and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Strong linguistic expression ability and conceptual precision
• Safe handling of Social Analytics and common project management tools
• Structured working style, high self-responsibility, and creative curiosity
