Social Media Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

You are a social native yourself, know how brands really work on the platforms, and always keep the visual development in mind. If you know exactly what we mean, let's talk.

Responsibilities

• You design and edit social media content for various clients, fromstatics to Reels to UGC videos
• You closely monitor TikTok and Instagram, recognize trends early, and contribute your own ideas to our content work
• You have an eye for typography, brand worlds, and platform-appropriate design, even with high output
• You independently translate briefings into visual concepts and styleframes
• You work closely with creative concept developers and production in the client team
• You contribute your experience in image editing and shooting support
• You further develop designs based on performance results

Qualifications

• You have gained initial experience in designing social media content, e.g., through internships, student jobs, or a first permanent position
• You are proficient in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Initial practical experience in motion design, animations, and visual effects
• A good eye for creative design and aesthetics
• An independent working style with a hands-on mentality
• Proficient in spoken and written German and English
• Advantageous: Shooting experience
