WHAT YOU DO

• You design and edit content for various brands based on storyboards for social media video ads
• You are active on TikTok and Instagram yourself and proactively provide input on trends and news on the channels
• You work closely with your colleagues from our Performance**,** Media**,** and UGC services and communicate proactively within the teams
• As part of the Visual Content Team, you will further develop our service portfolio
• You will support our marketing team with current content
• Where applicable, you will develop and design creative assets in video format for paid social campaigns

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have a completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained 2 years of experience in the production, design, and editing of social media content
• You have initial experience in online marketing, and ideally, you have basic knowledge of performance marketing
• You are good at telling stories with images, have a sense for tension and aesthetics
• You have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, and platform-appropriate design
• You are a social media native and have a good feel for trends
• You are very familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) – ideally also with tools like Figma or Canva
• You work in a structured and self-responsible manner, and navigate tools, processes, and methods well
• You are capable of working precisely, reliably, and results-oriented under time pressure
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
