Intermate x SAMY – Shaping the State of Social

Intermate belongs to the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region. With more than 250 Mates in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, and Remote, we develop social-first strategies, produce content in our own studios, work closely with creators together, and steer campaigns data-driven through our own technology. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You design and edit content for various brands based on storyboards for social media video ads
• You are yourself on TikTok and Instagram and provide proactive input to trends and news in the channels
• You work closely with your colleagues from our Performance**-, Media-** and UGC-Services teams together and communicate proactively within the teams
• As part of the Visual Content Team, you develop our performance portfolio further
• You support our Marketing Team with current content
• You may develop and design creative assets in video form for paid social campaigns

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have a completed degree or training in the field of graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained 2 years of experience in content production and editing for social media
• You have basic knowledge of online marketing, ideally with some experience in performance marketing
• You can tell stories with images, have a sense of tension and aesthetics
• You have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, and platform-specific design
• You are a social media native and have a good feel for trends
• You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) – ideally also with tools like Figma or Canva
• You work structured and self-responsible, find yourself well in tools, processes, and methods
• You are able to work precisely, reliably, and result-oriented under time pressure
• You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking that round out your profile
