Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the social media strategy
  Planning and creation of content for various social media channels

• Management and further development of social media profiles

• Creation of photo, video, and text content

• Development of creative campaigns and content formats

• Building and managing influencer and creator collaborations

• Active community management and responding to user inquiries

• Creation and maintenance of editorial calendars

• Planning and coordination of photo and video productions

• Analysis of relevant social media KPIs and creation of reports

• Derivation of measures to increase reach and engagement

• Monitoring current social media trends and development of new formats

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field
  Several years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing

• Sound knowledge of common social media platforms

• Experience in content creation and storytelling

• Proficient in using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite
  Experience with influencer and creator marketing

• Knowledge in the analysis and interpretation of social media metrics

• Creativity and a feel for current trends and target group-specific content

• Very good communication skills and confident writing style

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

• Team player and organizational talent

• Very good German and English language skills
