Social Media & E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Focus Climbing & Bouldering

FT Fitness Technology GmbH stands behind two brands: PULLUP & DIP for fitness equipment and CLEVO: Climbing Evolution for home climbing products. Our claim: to develop reliable solutions that overcome boundaries. We develop in-house, sell through our own webshop, Amazon, and other marketplaces, and ship worldwide.

For CLEVO, we are looking for someone who not only markets climbing but lives it. You will be the face and voice of our climbing brand and additionally support PULLUP & DIP in email marketing and on social media.

Your Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for social media channels and email marketing with a clear focus on climbing and bouldering.

• Content Creation for CLEVO: You will develop concepts, write scripts for Reels, Ads, and organic content, and plan shoots from idea to shot list.

• Brand Ambassador: You will represent CLEVO on our channels, primarily with educational content on technique, training, and injury prevention, and with videos showcasing our products in action.

• Social Media Management: You will post content, identify trends before they go mainstream, and actively build our community. You will respond to comments and DMs in a way that shows: This is someone who knows what they're talking about.

• Email Marketing: You will operationally implement campaigns in Klaviyo, segment target groups, and ensure customer-specific addressing for CLEVO and PULLUP & DIP.

• Collaboration: You will work closely with our graphic design and content creation team and report directly to our Head of Marketing.

What You Bring

• You actively climb or boulder yourself and are passionate about the sport.

• Ideally, you are familiar with climbing-specific training theory, for example, finger strength, hangboard training, or periodization.

• You have a feel for social media content and follow what's happening in the media landscape.

• You are active on social media yourself. Your own channel about climbing or initial experience in front of the camera are a big plus, but not a must.

• You have initial experience with CRM and email marketing, ideally with Klaviyo.

• You communicate clearly, confidently, and with joy, whether with customers, in the community, or in the team.

• Whether you are a career starter, career changer, or experienced marketer: For us, passion, willingness to learn, and personality count more than a perfect CV.
