To strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d), who is responsible for the entire digital presence of LEBENSNAHE and develops it further together with the management.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for our Social-Media-Auftritt (u. a. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)
• Planning, creation and publication of content (texts, images, videos, reels, stories)
• Development of Content-, Redaktions- und Marketingplänen
• Steering and monitoring the digital external representation of LEBENSNAHE
• Maintenance and updating of content on our websites
• Market- and trend observation in the field of Social Media, care, health and services
• Closely cooperating with our designer (graphic & layout)
• Direct cooperation with management and active co-shaping of brand development

Qualification

• Numerable experience in the field of Social Media, Content Creation or Online-Marketing
• Visible references or documented results (e.g. reach growth, campaigns, accounts)
• Very good feeling for target groups, language, imagery and storytelling
• Able to understand our business model and consistently put our clients in the center
• Structured, self-responsible and reliable working style
• Safe handling of Social-Media-Tools, analysis- and planning-tools
• Basic understanding of websites and content-maintenance (no programming necessary)
• Interest in socially relevant topics such as care, support and everyday help
