Social Media Creator for Family Brand (Part-time or Freelance, 100% remote and flexible)

We are looking for a creative, fast, and social-native person (m/w/d) who has fun making our trendy first-aid sets for families visible on Instagram, TikTok & Co.

The position is 100% remote, completely flexible in the time schedule.

You love good hooks, recognize trends early, can turn a product idea into a strong reel concept and have no hesitation to write directly with people on social media? Then you probably fit quite well with us.

Tasks

• You develop content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels; from hooks over scripts to simple storyboards.
• You answer inquiries and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
• You research suitable creators and influencers, write them and coordinate collaborations.
• You monitor trends, sounds, formats, and competitors and translate them into concrete content ideas for our brands.
• You support in planning the editorial calendar and bring your own creative ideas in.

Qualification

• You understand Instagram, TikTok, and creator marketing not only theoretically but also use the platforms yourself actively.
• You can write well: loosely, clearly, charmingly.
• You have a good sense for aesthetics, trends, target groups, and social media dynamics.
• You work independently, reliably, and quickly.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, Notion or similar tools is a plus.
• Much more important than a perfect CV: You have fun trying things out, learning from data and feedback, and building brands with us that really reach people.
