We are EF Fitness GmbH – a regional company, growing and always looking for new ideas.

With flat hierarchies, direct communication on eye level, and plenty of creative freedom, we manage the social media presence of our two ULC brands in Bremen: ULC Fitness Company and ULC Sportsdome.

Our common goal: to present both clubs strongly, visibly, and authentically to the outside world – and to grow steadily. That's why we're looking for you!

Tasks

• You will independently manage the social media accounts of ULC Fitness Company and ULC Sportsdome.
• You will produce campaign videos for each club – from idea to final cut.
• You will plan fixed shooting days in both studios and coordinate with the club managers of the Fitness Company and the Sportsdome.
• You will bind local staff on site, who already have camera experience, and lead them during shoots.
• You will shoot reels, stories, and contributions that present both brands authentically and modernly.
• You will actively bring in your own ideas and continuously develop the social media presence of both clubs.

Qualification

• You have a good eye for visual language and storytelling.
• You know Instagram and know what's trending.
• You are reliable, self-organized, and take on responsibility.
• You can organize yourself, plan shooting days, and coordinate with on-site contacts.
• You have first-hand experience in content creation (e.g. through own projects, school/university, or other jobs).
• You have the opportunity to move flexibly within Bremen.
