Social Media Creator / Manager (m/w/d)

Welcome to Paradyse – we are the creative home for Artists like Montez, Christoph Sakwerda, ELEHA, Xavi and many more. To bring our visions to life, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator:in / Managerin (m/w/d) who will accompany our artists with passion and creativity.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of creative social media content for our Artists, including Montez, Christoph Sakwerda, Adrian Aslani, Xavi
• Independent production of video content: concept, shoot, edit, and publication
• Identification and analysis of current social media trends, as well as derivation of relevant content strategies
• Development and implementation of own ideas and innovative content formats (TikTok / Instagram)
• Ongoing trend and theme research for inspiration and further development of our content
• Maintenance of artist channels

Qualification

• A keen sense of aesthetics, music, and subculture
• TikTok & Reels are more than just apps to you – they're your creative playground
• You can confidently work with camera and handheld equipment and are familiar with tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, etc.
• You already have working samples or references that show what you're capable of
• You reside in Berlin
• You love spontaneity and are flexible in your work structure
