In short: You are the face of MILES online. You increase reach, develop your own formats, give the brand its unique voice, and always keep business in mind.

Your Responsibility

• You are the face, voice, and personality of MILES on all social media channels.
• Develop your own video formats that convey the MILES vibe and have high recognition value.
• Create and publish high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and new platforms.
• Form the brand tone through your personality, rather than holding onto templates.
• Set themes instead of just following trends.
• Establish a redaction plan that connects internal and external formats.
• Built a real community and keep the dialogue going.
• Work closely with the creative team and partners.
• Integrate brand partners in formats without it feeling like advertising.

Community & Creators

• Focus on genuine relationships, not vanity metrics.
• Built genuine connections to the community.
• Promote interaction, dialogue, and user-generated content.
• Check what moves the community and turn it into relevant content.
• Stay close to feedback and feed key insights back to the team.
• Finding creators who naturally fit the MILES brand.
• Brief and manage collaborations, always with a clear focus on authenticity.
• Use creators strategically to scale formats that run organically.

Your Profile

• Hands-on Experience: You have practical experience in creating social media content (Insta, TikTok).
• Social Platforms: You have a strong understanding of social platforms and communities.
• Confidence: You feel comfortable in front of the camera and are self-assured.
• Self-sufficient: You work super independently and responsibly.
• Fluency: You are fluent in German & English. Nice-to-haves
• Creators: You have experience working with creators/influencers.
• Background: You have a background in media, content, or culture.
• Formats: You have experience with branded formats.
