Social Media & Cooperation Manager - Working Student Basis

Vision Brand House GmbH unites various brands, creative minds, and exciting projects under one roof. The portfolio includes, among others, Flowers for Society, RETERNITY, and other up-and-coming lifestyle and fashion brands. From our location in Hamburg, we develop brands further, implement creative campaigns, and create products with character.

For our sneaker brand Flowers for Society, we are looking for a Social Media & Cooperation Assistant (m/f/d) on a working student basis, effective immediately. In this role, you will work exclusively for Flowers for Society and support the brand team in further expanding the brand's social media presence, community, and creator collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning, creating, and publishing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels of Flowers for Society
• Maintenance and further development of the brand's social media presence
• Development of new content ideas as well as monitoring of current social media and lifestyle trends
• Community management and answering messages and comments
• Support in building loyalty and affiliate programs
• Research and communication with influencers, creators, and cooperation partners
• Organization and coordination of product seedings as well as influencer campaigns
• Support in planning and execution of photo, video, and content productions
• Organization of content assets as well as product samples for shoots and campaigns
• Maintenance of content and campaign plans as well as creation of simple performance reports

Qualifications

• Current studies in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in social media, content marketing, or influencer marketing is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for sneakers, fashion, running, and modern lifestyle brands
• Proficient use of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Creative flair for content, storytelling, and brand communication
• Ideally, experience with Canva as well as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
