Social Media & Content Marketing Intern (m/w/d)

Grwm is a Content-Commerce platform for Fashion & Beauty, where creators upload their content and communities shop directly through authentic inspiration. The special thing: the platform was developed together with hundreds of content creators.

We would like to integrate someone into our team who designs creative content with heart, has no fear of appearing in front of the camera, and is open to exchanging ideas with people. You will work closely with relevant creators from Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle, as well as accompany shoots and events with major brands. Gather unique experiences and shape Grwm with your ideas and creativity.

Tasks

• Support at creator & event shoots on set: coordination, set assistance, content capture, BTS
• Try out formats, test with a lot of design freedom and creative freedom
• Research daily trends, sounds, and formats and bring them directly into implementation
• Produce independent short-form content: from idea to finished cut
• Take over daily uploads on TikTok & Instagram (Reels, Stories, Captions)
• Accompany and organize events with creators and brands

• Built actively our social media accounts up
• Work on the content calendar and coordinate posting times
• Integrate community feedback directly into the company
• Duration of internship after agreement (min. 3 months)

Qualification

• You are social media marketing savvy, creative, and love implementing content
• You study Media, Communication, Marketing, Fashion Management, Journalism or similar
• You are yourself active on TikTok and Instagram and know how the platforms work.
• You can edit videos (CapCut, Premiere or similar).
• You have a sense of aesthetics, fashion, and styling and can set things up well.
• You work independently and bring in your own ideas.
