Social Media & Content Managerin (m/w/d) - Allrounder - Remote

We are a young startup in the field of Health & Nutrition with an explainable, scientifically founded product.

Our focus lies on high-quality content with substance – understandable, authentic and performance-oriented.

As we are currently building our team, we are looking for no classical posting role, but a Social Media Managerin (Allrounderin), who will comprehensively manage and actively shape our social media channels.

Aufgaben

• Comprehensive management of our social media channels (Focus: Instagram & Facebook)
• Planning and implementation of campaigns as well as editorial plans
• Creation, editing and cutting of short videos (Reels, Stories, Explainer Videos)
• Community Management: Interaction with our target group (Comments & DMs)
• Conceptualization, setup and management of Influencer-Cooperations (Research, Approach, Briefing, Coordination)
• UGC-Management:
• Selection of suitable creators
• Briefing & coordination of content
• Collaboration with Performance Marketing (Content preparation for Ads)
• Tight coordination with internal and external marketing partners

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of practical experience in the social media field (Startup, Agency or Brand)
• Very good understanding of Instagram, Reels & Social-Content Formats
• Experience in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Premiere or similar tools)
• Experience in dealing with influencers and/or UGC-Creators
• Sense for explainable content and understandable storytelling
• Self-sufficient, structured working style and high self-responsibility
• Hands-on mentality and Startup mindset
