Social Media & Content Manager (m/f/d), Full-time or Part-time from 20h, 100% Remote

Are you keen on social media marketing and want to build organic reach that directly impacts performance? Do you want to not just manage channels, but actively shape them, from idea to finished Reel? Then read on.

Just so we are clear: We are not looking for a pure editorial plan administrator who schedules content that someone else produces. We are looking for someone who will take our channels into their own hands. You find the creators, you write what should be filmed, you edit, you post, you reply, and you voice our ads. And you show yourself: in our stories, in front of the camera, with your voice. If you prefer to stay in the background, this isn't the right fit. With us, organic is entirely up to you.

Tasks

You will be responsible for our organic presence, from the idea to the finished post. Sivara is a women's underwear and maternity wear brand with over 120,000 customers, our community talks to us a lot, and your content will emerge from there.

• You will engage on Instagram and TikTok with Reels, Stories, and Posts to ensure our presence.
• You will produce and edit yourself: you will build videos that showcase our product effectively using creator material and your own footage.
• You will manage our community on Instagram and Facebook, answer comments and messages, and identify recurring questions. You will then use precisely these questions to create Stories and Reels that answer them.
• You will find new UGC creators who are a good fit for us, negotiate barter deals, and collaborate with platforms like Trybe, etc.
• You will write the shooting lists for our creators, collect the material, and organize it for us to work with.
• You will appear on camera yourself: a story from your daily life, a spontaneous video from the warehouse, an announcement to the community. And you will contribute to our ad creatives when we need you.
• You will record the voice-overs for our ads.
• You will manage our affiliate and deal partners, find new partners, and help expand the channel.
• You will develop how our channels sound and look, analyze what has worked and what hasn't, and plan the next month accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing or content production, ideally for a brand or in e-commerce.
• You can edit yourself confidently with CapCut, Premiere, or a comparable tool.
• You have a pleasant, natural speaking voice and enjoy recording voice-overs regularly.
• You are extroverted and enjoy being in front of the camera. Speaking into the camera, speaking into the microphone, showing yourself with your face in our Stories is not a problem for you.
• You recognize formats and trends early and try them out instead of waiting for approval.
• You strike the right tone in community management, friendly and on equal footing, even when a customer writes annoyed.
• Native-level German proficiency, because everything you write directly reaches our customers.
• You organize yourself in a remote setup and follow through on tasks, even when no one is watching.
• Nice-to-have: initial exposure to affiliate or deal platforms, experience negotiating with creators and their management.
