Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d) - unlimited direct appointment at the customer

We are looking for an experienced person to further develop digital sales and marketing activities. Location: Southern Germany

Tasks

• Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of comprehensive online marketing strategies
• Responsibility for performance marketing activities across various digital channels
• Steering and further development of digital sales channels and online shops
• Analysis of relevant marketing and shop KPIs and derivation of data-based measures
• Planning and implementation of sales-promoting campaigns in the digital environment
• Responsibility for the digital marketing budget and monitoring of performance
• Further development of SEO strategy and steering of external agencies and service providers
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF AFFILIATE PROGRAMS AND DIGITAL PARTNERSHIPS
• Conceptualization and implementation of email marketing campaigns including segmentation and A/B tests
• Observation of current trends in online marketing and derivation of new measures

Qualification

• Degree or training in the field of marketing, e-commerce, economics or comparable qualification
• Mult-year experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on e-commerce
• Experience in managing external agencies and service providers
• In-depth knowledge in the area of SEO as well as performance marketing
• Analytical thinking and data-driven working method
• Experience in dealing with common marketing and analysis tools an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
