At NEOLYMP, you'll become part of a content team that secures the supply of strong content for a growing fitness brand: organically, from our creator network, and increasingly with AI-powered workflows.

Who we are

NEOLYMP is a Berlin-based fitness brand, founded in 2018. We develop innovative fitness equipment and holistic training concepts for home – from well-thought-out home gym equipment to online courses that bring together training, motivation, and everyday life. We sell our products via Amazon and our own online shop.

For us, content is not an afterthought, but the engine: We are consistently expanding our in-house creative production and are early adopters of modern, AI-powered processes. Our content team is growing for this – and we're looking for you.

Tasks

Social Media & Community

• You plan, create, and publish organic content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, ensuring a consistent, professional brand presence.
• You manage our community, respond to comments and messages, and keep the connection with our customers alive.
• You analyze the performance of our posts and derive optimizations and new content ideas from them.

Creator & UGC Management

• You manage the collaboration with our creators: briefing, communication, timings, and approval run through you.
• You organize the content workflow and ensure that creator content is complete, on time, and ready for use in social media, performance marketing, and other productions.
• You maintain our creator network and, together with the team, find new faces that fit NEOLYMP.

Content Production: Shoots & AI

• You'll be present at our shoots, coordinate creators and personalities in front of the camera, and ensure that as much usable content as possible is generated from a shooting day.
• You'll work with the content team on workflows where AI tools accelerate research, ideation, editing, or variant creation – and contribute your own ideas on how real and AI-generated content can best complement each other.

Qualification

This is important to us

• Practical experience in social media management, content marketing, or the UGC sector – you know how a brand presents itself on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• A good feel for platforms, formats, and trends – and the ability to use them in a brand-appropriate way, rather than chasing every hype.
• Organizational talent: You coordinate multiple creators and productions in parallel, meet deadlines, and stay on track even when a lot is happening at once.
• Communication skills: You brief clearly, provide feedback constructively and directly, and coordinate closely with marketing, graphics, and performance teams.
• A fundamental understanding of how content contributes to sales along the customer journey.

Nice to have

• Your own ideas in creator marketing: How to strategically build and develop creator partnerships.
• Experience with AI tools in content creation (e.g., for text, image, or video).
• Initial exposure to performance marketing or e-commerce.
