Patsli is a young brand for functional premium cat snacks, developed with veterinarians and nutrition experts and produced in Germany. We are growing rapidly and are currently building our social media, content, and community world from scratch. This is exactly where you come in: you will take full responsibility for our channels, bring your expertise, and develop the strategy together with us as co-founders, rather than just executing.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for our social media channels end-to-end, from strategy and editorial planning to evaluation.
• You will appear in front of the camera yourself and produce authentic content with your cat, from the idea through filming to the finished vertical video clip.
• You will develop the content and channel strategy together with us as co-founders, contributing your own expertise, ideas, formats, and trends.
• You will analyze the performance of our content, derive learnings, and continuously optimize formats and posting strategy.
• Our customer support answers comments and messages; you will use insights from the community as a source for new content ideas, formats, and optimizations.
• You will build a network of creators and influencers, manage collaborations, and ensure a steady supply of authentic content.
• You will prepare content for organic channels and ads, working closely with performance marketing.
• You have a keen sense for online culture, new formats, and relevant topics surrounding cats and animal health.

Qualifications

• You have a cat and are willing to regularly go in front of the camera with them.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in social media or content, for example in a company, an agency, or as a creator with demonstrable success.
• You have independently managed channels and know how to build reach and community organically, ideally on TikTok and Instagram.
• You can produce and edit content yourself, for example with CapCut or comparable tools, and feel comfortable in front of the camera.
• You think in numbers and learnings: you evaluate performance and make decisions based on data rather than gut feeling.
• You have the strategic and operational expertise to build and manage our social media area independently, without an agency.
• You work independently, structured, and communicatively.
• You write and speak German fluently and creatively at a native level.
