Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d)

We at Epic AI develop KI-based Voice-, Chat- and E-Mail-Agents for companies. Our platform automates many processes, including the entire customer service, inside sales, and any communication across various channels, helping companies to shape their processes more efficiently, faster, and scalable.

Tasks

To grow our brand further, we are looking for support in the area of Social Media & Content (part-time job / internship). You will help us to play Founder-Profile and company channels with exciting, modern, and relevant content.

• Support in building our social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Content creation for Founder-Profiles and company site
• Planning, preparation, and publication of posts
• BTS (behind-the-scenes) content, team content, and event accompaniment
• Researching current trends, KI topics, and relevant industry developments
• Support in creating articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and content ideas
• Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Founders
• Support in simple image, video, and short-form content formats
• Codvelopment of new ideas for reach, branding, and community building

Qualification

• Interest in Social Media, Content, and digital trends
• Pasión for KI, Startups, and modern technologies
• Creativity and sense of relevant content and storytelling
• Independent and structured work style
• First experiences with LinkedIn, Instagram, or content creation are a plus
• Ideal experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Good written expression and feeling for modern communication
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
