Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d)

Social Media is your passion. Marketing topics and platform trends you follow not because it's your job, but because it really interests you. You recognize early on which formats are currently working, what tone gets attention on LinkedIn, and why a reel wins or loses in the first three seconds. Meanwhile, you know how to quickly shoot and edit a good video that matches an up-to-date hook. At Civey, you'll establish our brand presence on relevant platforms and support our founder Janina in making her voice and perspective even more visible.

Aufgaben

• Social-First-Storytelling: You set our content strategy effectively in motion and transform studies, data, and expert knowledge into contents that generate attention in our target groups and spark discussions. At the same time, you know how to refresh existing contents – a stage appearance becomes a reel, a customer study becomes a LinkedIn post. Meanwhile, you ensure that our brand speaks the same language on all channels.
• Content Creation & Production: You develop and produce independent content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube – from the punchy caption to the finished reel and with a strong focus on video formats. You're responsible for the entire production process: idea development, script, recording, editing, and platform-specific preparation.
• Im Team gestalten: You work closely with our Media & Marketing team, as well as our founder and other departments within the company. Meanwhile, you bring in your own ideas for new formats, campaigns, and contents and drive topics forward independently.
• Performance & Monitoring: You keep relevant KPIs in mind, measure the impact of our contents, and lead to concrete optimizations based on that.

Qualifikation

• You bring several years of professional experience in social media and content – ideally from an agency or editorial department where you've built or significantly expanded channels independently.
• You master video production for social media from script to recording to final editing.
• You're a true marketing nerd: You actively follow platform developments and industry debates, and know what's currently working in B2B marketing.
• You have a fine sense of language and write precisely and error-free in German. You know how to turn data and studies into stories that work just as well on LinkedIn as they do on Instagram.
• You work operationally strong and consistently: You keep track even with multiple parallel topics, and maintain processes reliably. Meanwhile, you're flexible enough to quickly react to a trend topic or accompany a short-term appearance.
• You think data-based and can estimate the impact of your contents based on KPIs and communicate them.
