Aufgaben

Your Role

You'll take full responsibility for our social media content – from strategy to implementation. You'll lead, decide, structure, and execute yourself. This is a complete leadership role.

Your Tasks

Leadership & Content Strategy

• Fachliche Führung im Social-Media- und Content-Bereich
• Klare Anleitung von Creators, Fotograf:innen, Videograf:innen und Externen
• Verantwortung für alle Content-Säulen (Brand, Produkt, Education, Performance, Culture)
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Formaten und Kampagnen-Ideen
• Erstellung und Betreuung von Content-Produktions-Prozessen

Shootings & Production

• Planung, Vorbereitung und Leitung von Foto- und Video-Shootings
• Briefings, Storyboards, Shotlists – and full responsibility for the result on-site
• Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Vision unserer Creative Direction
• Eigenständiger Schnitt für Short-Form und Long-Form Content
• Plattformspezifische Optimierung für Instagram, TikTok & Co.

Qualifikation

Signs you're a good fit:

• You've successfully led teams, projects, or shootings
• Fundamental experience in video editing – fast and precise
• Strong visual understanding and sense for storytelling
• You bring order to chaos and don't wait for instructions
• You communicate clearly and know when to ask vs. solve yourself
• Possibly your own social media presence (min. 4 years)
