Social Media & Content Creator for two growing Family-Health Brands

We are 12minutes and ochie: a First Aid Course for (becoming) parents and trendy First Aid Sets for families. Two young brands with a mission that really touches people and has plenty of Social-Media potential. We are looking for someone who makes scroll-stopping Reels from product ideas and grows our brand on Instagram and TikTok.

The position is 100 % remote, with flexible scheduling; available as Part-time, Mini-job or Freelance with 10-20 hours a week.

Tasks

Your tasks (Focus on Content):

• You develop content ideas and concepts for Instagram and TikTok – from hook to script, storyboard, and set them in Reels and Carousels.
• You recognize trends, sounds, and formats early and translate them into concrete ideas for our brands.
• You plan with us the editorial calendar and bring your own ideas in.
• You maintain community and comments and enjoy direct exchange.
• Optional, depending on strengths: research and address suitable creators for collaborations.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• You actively use Instagram and TikTok yourself and understand creator marketing from practice.
• You write well: casually, clearly, charmingly – and with an eye for details.
• You have a sense of aesthetics, trends, and target groups.
• You work independently, reliably, and quickly.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Notion or similar tools.
• More important than the perfect CV: you like to try things out, learn from data and feedback, and want to build up brands together.
