Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jaipur for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives; • Creating high-quality content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts; • Conducting thorough research on target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors to inform content creation; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns; • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions; • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation; • Excellent communication and writing skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences; • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
