Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who will support our efforts in creating the NOVOMATIC Technologies Poland brand image in social media. • Management of company media and social platforms (including: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
• Content creation promoting the company, including co-creating short video formats (reels, shorts) for publication, creating event reports, creating graphics and texts
• Assistance in preparing materials for EB events, such as Job Fairs
• Participation in planning, designing, and implementing EB strategies
• Creating publication schedules and ensuring their regularity.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of published content (e.g., engagement, reach), to draw conclusions and optimize future actions.

• Professional, documented experience in managing social media for a company (preferably in the IT industry)
• Familiarity with the rules of operation of analytical tools (e.g., Google Ads) and experience in digital marketing (copywriting, SEO, SEM)
• Experience working with designers, graphic designers, or creative teams

• Has an aesthetic sense and basic understanding of visual composition
• Can work in a team, actively participate in discussions, and generate ideas
