Social Media Content Creator (m/w/d) | Full-time (40h)

moveUP Media is a Social Media Agency focused on organic Shortform Content. We develop recognizable formats and produce content pieces that work on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, strengthening our clients' brands in the long term. While working quickly, pragmatically, and with high expectations for cut, story, and implementation, we are a young team with direct communication and short decision-making paths. Tasks

As Social Media Content Creator, you're not just a 'cutter' or 'producer' here. You think content like a creator: you develop content ideas, build hooks and scripts, plan content shoots, and then capture the perfect shots on those shoots. In post-production, you edit everything into a rounded content piece and iterate based on performance. You take responsibility from concept to upload-ready clip, together with our creative directors and project teams.

Qualification

Must-haves

• Strong, verifiable portfolio in Shortform Editing (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), ideally in a brand/agency context
• You can prepare and conduct shoots independently (Run-and-Gun, small crew, high output)
• Very secure in common editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere / DaVinci / CapCut; After Effects as needed)
• Outstanding understanding of how to increase Watchtime/Retention (Hook, Tempo, Pattern Interrupts, Payoffs)
• Structured work style: parallel deadlines, clear priorities, timely delivery
• High travel readiness and joy in shoots/events on location

Nice-to-haves

• You've already made 'Creator-Style' content (On-Cam optional)
• Pasión for Automotive / Brand storytelling
• Interest in AI workflows (Transcription, subtitles, editing assistance, automation)
• Motion/AE skills (e.g. animations, templates)
