The role

We are currently looking for a highly creative and engaging person who can help in the journey of reaching more SnapHire customers! As a Social Media & Content Creator, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for crafting engaging, entertaining, and educational content that makes people stop scrolling.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, shooting, editing and creating regular video and still content for all platforms.
• Comfortably and confidently appear in front of the camera to produce engaging reels, videos, and other social media content.
• Meeting creative production due dates, managing content pipeline and keeping creative assets well organised at all times.
• Collaborating closely and building strong relationships with contractors, agencies & internal team members to ensure timelines & business objectives are met.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, driving engagement and brand loyalty
• Stay updated on trend-based content strategies to continually refine content approach.
• Closely working with the CEO and leadership team on strategizing overall marketing initiatives and providing ongoing support in implementation of ad-hoc projects.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of proven experience in creating engaging social media content.
• Comfortable facing the camera & engaging audience on social media.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, CapCut & other content creating tools.
• Highly organised, creative with ability to multitask projects.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
