We are looking for a creative, reliable, bilingual Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content that reflects both our spas identity and connects with our Montreal clientele.
Responsibilities:Montreal-based and available for on-site filming. Fluent in English and French (written & spoken). Proven experience as a social media content creator (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok. Skilled in filming and editing on iPhone and/or camera. Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, and luxury branding. Organized, professional, and able to work independently. Comfortable filming staff and clients (with consent). Nice to Have:

- Create high-quality photo & video content (Reels, Stories, static posts).
- Film treatments, behind-the-scenes, staff features, and educational content.
- Edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram & TikTok.
- Write engaging captions in English and French.
- Schedule content and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
- Stay current with social media trends in beauty, wellness, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, launches, and campaigns.
- Track basic analytics and performance insights.
- Experience in medical spa, beauty, or wellness industries.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or scheduling platforms.
- Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (based on experience).
